For the money, great light fixture! The light catches the crystals beautifully. It took about an hour to attach them but it was easy.

This chandelier is absolutely STUNNING! The brightness of the light shining through the crystals is breathtaking. The size is perfect for our 6 foot long table. The weight of each crystal/glass feels and looks like great quality. Absolutely a great value for the money. It does take time to assemble and attach all the pieces. But it is definitely worth it in the end.

This chandelier is stunning! We had our electrician install the base because of our high ceilings. It does take several hours to hang the crystals up, but well worth it. We used a micro fiber cloth to clean as we went. It came packaged very well with no damage and a lot of extra crystals, etc. A true upgrade for our kitchen!

I love this chandelier. I didn’t like the silver wires on a shiny gold fixture, but I knew that when I ordered it and I also bought parts to modify the fixture to my preference. One thing that disappointed me was the crystals were put together with silver parts, which I discovered a couple of days before it was to be hung, so I ordered the gold bow tie pins and gold circle connectors and took all the crystals apart and replaced them, which took hours. That may not bother most people. In my opinion, it made a huge difference and really classed the fixture up.

I added color changing Hue LED lights. It really makes the crystals stand out. They look great with any color or just with a normal light setting. The install wasn’t hard. The largest challenge is the fine tune adjustments to make it level and square at the end. The crystal installation takes patience and time but it is well worth it. For the quality it is a great price. The Hue lights I installed were more expensive than the chandelier.

Show stopper! Truly beautiful. High quality crystals. Gives good light and dresses up the space. Packaged in a way where nothing was broken. It came with a few extra pieces in case there is an issue. The downside is it took several hours to install and assemble. But still worth it to me. I have mine in kitchen and I love its effect of a more expensive feel.

Absolutely beautiful once it's up, but assembling is not for the faint of heart. Unwrapping the crystals itself took an hour, and then you have to clip them together, and THEN you hang all 200 strands. My husband was inventing some new choice words while up on the ladder (particularly while peeling off the protective film) but all in all the install was straightforward. Does not include bulbs (the 47" fixture takes 10) and also does not include the ice cream sundae fixings you will need to bribe the little hands to help you with the 4,746 individual plastic bags and wrappers for each piece. All said and done it took about 4.5 hours. The gloves it comes with are nice but the hooks catch on them so I swapped out for some microfiber gloves I had hanging around. Recommend peeling the film around the edge before installing the base fixture, and pick out your victory beverage beforehand so you don't lose any time celebrating your handywork. It's worth it--absolutely gorgeous once it's up. Great value and we enjoyed the glorious impulse gratification of next day shipping. Recommend!!

Good:1. Beautiful fixture.2. Great Value for money.3. Enough spare pieces.Bad:1. The fixture is heavy even without the crystals. So hanging it up is definitely a two person job. Given the protudibg bulb holders right in the center, it is difficult to balance it on ladder or stool while trying to fix the frame/holder to the ceiling.2. The outside row of rectangular crystals are not equal and some have very minute length differences. Pls refer to my photos. If that is something that will bother you, be vary. You can fix it by adjusting the the hook length but it could be very time consuming.3. Hanging 170 strands of crystal will need atleast an hour or so once you get the knack. It didn't bother me much once i got a hang of it. Play some music/podcast and hang the crystals.Lessons Learnt/Tips that could make the install easier1. Once you finalize the approximate height you want the light to hang at, coil & manage the extra metal wires with zipties to keep them in place.2. The main power supply wire is quite thick and long. It is best to cut the extra length (after leaving extra inches for later adjustments of course). Otherwise the hanging plate will not have enough space to store all that extra couled wire. I tried without cutting the excess length and it was quite a task to fix up everything only to know that one of the wires got disconnected from power supply in the process. Had to uninstall, cut the excess and put everything back up.3. DO NOT hang the crystals until you are happy with the height, angle, level and everything else. Once the crystals go on, every adjustment becomes 10x difficult.4. While hanging the crystal strands, start from center inside. The crystal ball strand go in very quickly.5. Try to maintain balance on both sides while installing the strands else due to the weight the light fixture may tilt to one side.6. The outer rectangular crystal strands take longer and are not exactly same length. If it bothers you, you can fix it by adjusting the hooks. I left it because i thought it was too much work.7. 25w light bulbs looked perfect to us. Tried 40w initially and it was way too bright.Additional Tip:I have ordered small lanyard hooks to add to the two crystal ball strands (40 strands out of 80) in the center to make it longer than the one outside, so that i get a tiered look. I will update the pictures, once done. I think the tiered look will take the light fixture up a notch.Hope this helps.

The Chandelier is elegant and beautiful. The electrical part was easy to connect. We need to make sure the electrical box has enough support for the chandelier since it's heavy. My ceiling is at an angle and high, so I wished the wire were longer.Put the middle strings first, bend the wire bows into the crystal strings, and then hang the crystal strings on the chandelier. To hang the balls are a little more tricky, bend the wire bows in them first and then place them into the crystal strings bending the other end of the wire bow.The wire bow is so delicate that I was afraid it would not be strong enough to hold the weight of the crystal, but n it's almost three weeks, and everything is still hanging.I had a few chipped balls, but I got replacements from the seller within two weeks; pleased with the customer service.

We bought this beautiful chandelier. It looks great after we installed it. It is a bit difficult to install and requires some patience. (1) The wires were not labeled or marked for hot and neutral, they looked the same. So, we had to guess, we chose the one that had a bit of writing on it and it turned to be the black, hot wire, making the other one the neutral, white one. We tested with one bulb before full install and it came on. (2) We didn't realize that the clip that attaches to the base of the chandelier DOES NOT have to be aligned to the clip that is attached to the connector box in the attic. This caused our installation to be slightly off line/not straight. Got it done with tweaking the connecting cables up/down for a while, but could have been easier. (3) The crystals were MUCH EASIER to install than other chandeliers we have purchased. The balls made it look really great compared to straight-lined glasses. (4) If we did it again, we would have purchased a chandelier with a single chain in the middle and it would have been MUCH EASIER, but didn't find one, searching a long time, do we had to settle for a cabled option. Chain would have eliminated all the tweaking. (5) We shortened the cables by about 8 inches - very easy, just push them up into the base. We also knotted the cables and the power line in the base, that made the installation easier. (6) You need 2 people to do this job - one to install, the other to hold. We had an 8 foot ladder to reach a 12 foot height ceiling, it worked, but preferred to have a 10 footer and an 8 footer for the holder. Overall, a great piece. We had all the kids working getting the crystals together and attaching them. It took us from beginning to end, about 3 or 4 hours; could have been at least 1-2 hours shorter. Since we were replacing an existing/old chandelier, we didn't have to go into the attic and attach a "fan box" to hold 75 to 150 pounds, it was already there.Oh...one thing to note, the lights projection is downward, which we didn't really think about when we purchased it. It's fine, but the previous light we had had an all-around kind of projection because the top was clear glass and allowed light to also go up. Something to be aware.

I have purchased other crystal chandeliers from Amazon before. So I read the reviews and thought why not. It came all wrapped up very tight and secured. The one complaint I would have is that they need better instructions on how to hang and adjust the wire lengths. We sent them an e-mail to ask questions and they answered immediately. I also told them that I had some chipped crystals and they immediately asked how many and that they would ship them out. i told them that I did;t know at the time and would get back to them. It is a long process to hang each crystal especially when I am very picky and want each one the same length with out any flaws. (that's just me) :) It took me 2 months to finally hang and look at all the crystals. (My fault life gets busy) But the number one thing I would say is WOW about their customer service. After I had already had the chandelier for a month, they sent me an email asking how many replacements crystals did I need. I was shocked that they reached out to me before I reached out to them. Anyways after another month I finally got back to them and they are shipping all of the crystals I need. Very impressed with this company and will purchase more items from them.

Pictures do not do this justice. I took some close ups but you really cant see the details or the shine from the crystals. I really like this light. People think I paid $1000 for it....at a local store in Plano, TX they sell this type of light for $899 (what a ripoff). The crystals are very clear and the reflected light from them is excellent. However, the 5 gu10 50 watt halogen lights I used are not enough to make the dining room super bright (because they act more like spot lights) and therefore require additional lighting to make the room really bright (if that's what you want). But in my opinion there is plenty of light on the dining table. So why the 4 star rating? Well, like others have stated....it's a pain in the a*s to put together because you have to cut the packaging for each line, then untangle the wire. I had to order 3 of these (thank god for prime) because the first one had a lot of scratches on the chrome finish and some of the crystals where broken (sent that one back). Then I order a second one and the chrome finish had a long scratch on it. So I kept the second one and ordered a 3rd one and that one was much better (only had 2 tiny dings in the chrome finish that you can't see unless you just stare every inch of it down. I mixed and matched crystals in both of the boxes because there where so many that were either scratched, had highly visible imperfections, or the line was either too short or too long. I picked out the ones with the best ball crystals, but really couldn't do much as far as the small crystals go. Too many of those had imperfections and I didn't want to spend all day (took me about 3-4 hours with a helper) putting this up. Even thought the small crystals had imperfections they were not chipped or cracked, which is what I cared about on those. The ball crystals on the other hand had to be near perfect for me because they hang at eye level. My advice is that you order 1 and see if it has any scratches on the chrome finish. If yes, then order another one and hold onto the first one so you can swap out crystal balls or even the entire line. Not really sure why not more people have mentioned this. Maybe I just had bad luck, but come on? 3 of them with this many problems.....?1. Was pretty easy to hand on the wall, but do NOT use the cheap drywall holders they sent with it. Instead get the 50lb metal screw type holders. I bought eight of them. If you can put any screws in a stud instead, do so. This thing is pretty heavy to just hang off of the sheet rock. I was only able to align 1 of the 8 holes to a stud.2. Wiring was easy, except that you have 2 black wires and a ground. So you have to trace one of the black wires from where they attached it to the rest of the white wires on the light sockets. Don't know what they were thinking here except to save money.3. use the gloves to put the chrome finish on and make sure the screw heads are sticking out all the way. If not, gently push on them with a flat head screw driver so the chrome top panel sits all the way. You don't want this falling on your head with all that weight, lol. Be careful the screw driver doesn't slip and destroy the chrome finish.4. use the included gloves on one hand from here and start attaching the crystals. once you get to the first light socket, hang up all 4 lines of crystals and then put the light in. This is so that you don't struggle putting the rings into their holes right next to the light. You want to try and get as little smudge on the chrome finish as possible. They are a pain to scrub off. Do the same all the way to the end. With the hand that does not have a glove, grab the ring end of the line (the ring is like the one on a key chain except that it is very easy to pry apart) between 2 fingers and hook it onto the ring bracket attached to the chrome panel like you are adding a key to your keychain. This part was actually pretty easy.5. put both gloves on and scrub the big crystal balls to a shine.Would I recommend this? YesWould I buy another one to put in another room? Probably not for a long time (takes way too much effort).
